1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Restaurant Content Engine ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide tools for managing Google Business Profiles. We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with Google.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content posted through your account. You must comply with Google’s Business Profile policies. We are not responsible for any account suspensions issued by Google.

4. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Refund Policy, which provides a 14-day discretionary refund window and statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. To request a refund, use the link in your purchase confirmation email or visit paddle.net.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business reputation resulting from your use of our automation tools.
